It's a one-piece. What happens in a bathroom?
You step out of the shoulders and down — four-way knit, no zip, no clasp to fight. Most wearers say it's faster than peeling off high-rise leggings.
Do I need a bra with the open back?
No. The bonded shoulder-blade panel sits above the cutout and carries the chest through movement. For running or HIIT, layer a bra over the top — the scoop neck is cut to make that look intentional.
Is it see-through in the lighter shades?
No. Every colourway is knitted to the same density as black and squat-tested before it ships. If a panel goes translucent on you, it isn't right and we replace it.
Will the ruching stretch out or go flat?
The gathers sit on a reinforced centre seam — the shape is stitched in, not pulled in. Cold wash inside out, hang dry, skip fabric softener and it holds.
Which size if I'm between two?
Take the smaller one. The knit is built to be worn with tension; sizing up loses the hold at the waist and drops the flare too long.
